The South Loop (sites 1-100) is best for tenters, but has less privacy than the North Loop. The best sites for privacy are 12-44 (see sites 12 and 44, below, top). Sites 53 and 99 represent the rest of the South Loop sites with average privacy.

The North Loop (sites 101-197) has the most private sites in the park, represented by sites 1118, 130, and 168 (below). RVers will want to choose this Loop.
